while shining ur eyes during xmas do not forget that It is obvious that the weather has changed. It is extremely  cold in the mornings/evenings and Dry/ hot in the afternoon. Therefore  health risks include:

1. Upper respiratory infections due to  inhalation of dust.
2. Bleeding through the nose as a result of humid air that cause blood vessels in the nose to break.
3. Dehydration due to dry air or humidity .
4. Eye infections like conjunctivitis due to dryness and dust.
5. Sore throat
6. Dried skin, cracked lips and other lesions
7. Poor water hygiene (especially in resturants) may also occur leading to other gastrointestinal issues like vomiting and diarrhoea.

To help guard your health and protect your life. 
1. Wear protective clothes such as jackets trousers socks and stockings wherever appropriate and necessary

2. Drink more water (about 4 to 6 sachets or more)

3. Use appropriate skin cream , the best maybe that which contains Shea butter (Ori). Apply them on areas that are prone to dryness. 

4. Pls don't expose your body

5.Do as much as possible to avoid dusty areas. 

6.Do as much as possible to prevent any form of injury since this can cause a lot   bleeding.
