Get in front of the mirror and gas yourself up. Pump adrenaline into your consciousness. Provoke positive mentality in your mindset. Infuse yourself with the I-can-do thinking that dilutes every doubt, pessimism and self-imposed limitations.
Take walks and charge yourself up. Encourage yourself till every fibre of your being synchronizes with your daily confessions. Celebrate every good thing about you. Acknowledge your innate talents and congratulate yourself for making it so far.
Be your biggest fan. Show up for yourself and let your body know it can trust you to pick yourself up when you fall.
Hyping yourself is like adding water to garri to rise. To hype is not denial things may not be tough or rough, it is denying the situation the right to control your existence.
While hyping oneself may have a short-lived impact on one's mood or circumstance, it is the consistency that ultimately matters. The beautiful part is, the way you hype yourself robs off on everything and everyone around you. You are who you say you are.
