Let’s build your Money Mindset Training Routine — think of it like a gym program for your financial brain

🧠 Daily Money Mindset Workout

Warm-Up (Morning – 5 mins)

Ask yourself:

1. “What value will I create today that could bring me money?”

2. “If money were my employee, how would I put it to work today?”

Affirm: “I control money. Money doesn’t control me.”

Main Routine (During the Day – 15 mins)

1. Track one thing you spent on → Ask: Was this Soldier (survival), Servant (investment), or Seed (growth)?

2. Learn one money principle → watch a video, read a short article, or listen to a podcast about money, investing, or business.

3. Think in multiples → before spending, ask: “If I didn’t buy this, where else could this money multiply?”


Cool Down (Evening – 5 mins)

Write down:

1 money decision I made today (good or bad).

1 lesson I learned about money.

Gratitude check: “I’m grateful for the money I have and the opportunities to grow it.”

Sunday Night Review:

1. Total income this week.

2. Total saved/invested.

3. What money habit I need to improve next week.

One Growth Action:

Read one chapter of a finance/business book

OR practice a small investment (even if it’s ₦1,000).
